Visitors to Randy Florke's latest Sullivan County farmhouse are amazed to learn that it was delivered on a truck and erected in one month's time. Convinced that modular homes need'nt be boxy or boring, Randy designed a classic vintage farmhouse, finishing it with wood plank floors, fireplaces, wainscoting and even retro-style radiators.
