This simple one bedroom apartment is located conveniently in the heart of South Beach. The apartment is situated at the end of Lincoln Road, one of the most exciting and interesting streets in Miami, but sits at the very end of the street where it dead ends. You can be shopping, eating or going to a movie all within minutes, but sill enjoy the peace and quiet of a small four story building. The building sits directly on Sunshine Bay and offers one of the best located swimming pools in Miami! If you'd rather spend the day at the ocean instead of poolside it is a short mile long walk away.

The apartment features one bedroom with a king sized bed, wardrobe closet and dresser. The living room has two sofa beds with queen sized mattresses. The open dinning area has seating for four and the table can be expanded to seat more people. The kitchen is fully functional and features a refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher and garbage disposal.

The apartment comes complete with bedding, towels, dishes, pots and pans, ipod station, cable TV and more.

Other features include a private terrace/balcony with bay views and a garage parking spot for your rental car or motor scooters.

If you desire daily maid service that can be arranged for an additional fee.

After each rental engagement a $70 cash fee must be left for the cleaning person.
